Youth Sports Teams

We are currently conducting limited concussion outreach programs with youth sports teams and leagues in the Toronto area, and hope to add other regions as funds and staffing permit over time. If you are a parent, coach or administrator, and would like to be considered by SMF for a concussion outreach event with your Toronto-based team or league, please CONTACT US and include the name of your team or league, your role, your daytime and evening telephone number, and the ages and number of youth involved.  We thank you for your interest in educating our next generation of athletes about the importance of safety and respect in sport!

Concussion Conference

There are numerous ways to get involved with our First Annual SMF Concussion Conference. Volunteer staff will be eligible to attend the conference free of charge, and various sponsorship and partnership opportunities exist as well. Please use our CONTACT form with related inquiries. We thank you for your interest!

Volunteerism

If you are a coach, athlete or former athlete passionate about the mission of SMF and would like to help us spread our message among Canada's youth, please CONTACT US regarding volunteering your time.  Please note that due to interaction with youth, a background check and extensive interviewing will be required for all volunteer representatives of SMF. Thank you for your interest!

Additional Opportunities

This page will continue to be updated as new initiatives and programs get up and running, so please check back!
